Rubia Brew Bar Opens January 12

On January 12, Rubia will open the doors to our ROASTERY & new brew bar.

The space brings coffee full circle. Beans roasted on site, brewed fresh, and served simply in a setting designed for everyday visits rather than occasion based fanfare.

The brew bar reflects what Rubia has always focused on. Quality coffee, consistency, and connection. A place to drop in, slow down, and drink something made with care.

Rubia coffee beans will continue to be available online, offering the same coffee to enjoy at home or at the bar.

Doors open January 12.
